Infant/Family Music Classes

Infant Class: Ages: Birth -14 months

Research has proven exposing children to music at an early age accelerates the development of the whole child. This exciting 5 week class is designed to stimulate that development, as well as the parent/ child bond. Activitiesinclude singing/chanting, listening, playing instruments, and movement. Curriculum is adjusted for varying age groups. Material is drawn from the child’s everyday environment, with an emphasis on nature. Each child in attendance needs to be enrolled. Shotokan Karate

All Ages

This class is designed for everyone interested in learning the art of Karate. The beginner or the advanced student will be able to make great progress in self-defense and benefit from improved physical and mental health, self-discipline and self-confidence. This is an ongoing class.

Parents Night Out

In need of a date night? Then please drop off your little ones at Parent’s Night Out! Kids ages 5-11 will have the chance to experience fun at the Recreation Center and parents will get a night to themselves. The schedule is packed full of fun - pizza and salad, games in the gym, pool activities and a movie!

Starlight Cinema Family BBQ & Movie Night

Fitness Mama “Stroller Boot Camp”

Parents and Babies ages 6 months to 4 years

A great walking warm up using jogging strollers is followed by a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training drills. The end result is a total body conditioning workout that is great for the heart, muscles, mind and soul. Babies enjoy a great walk outdoors and the fun interaction with family and other babies.
