This is a mixed level dance class for adults is geared around learning the basics of jazz and lyrical dance while listening to our favorite songs from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today’s music. The structure of the class is geared to provide a positive environment, non-intimidating, to work on coordination, flexibility, and rhythm. This is a great class for beginners or those who have had years of dance experience. Participants will have the opportunity to learn dance, socialize, and get some great exercise.

Shotokan Karate

This class is designed for everyone interested in learning the art of Karate. The beginner or the advanced student will be able to make great progress in self-defense and benefit from improved physical and mental health, self-discipline and self-confidence.
