You will jog, sprint, jump, dodge, drop, roll, swim, tread, lift, push, pull and more.  Get ready to sweat!

When:  July 9 - August 1

Registration: Starts May 21st

Session One:  Mondays 8:30 am - 9:30 am
  7/9, 7/16, 7/23 & 7/30

Session Two: Wednesdays 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  7/11, 7/18, 7/25 & 8/1

Fee:  
Member   $16
Resident Non-Member $40
Non-Resident Non-Member $48
