Surf & Turf Boot Camp

This
4 week Boot Camp for moderate to advanced fitness level participants.
Your instructors will cater to different fitness levels and progress
accordingly. The class is presented in an interval training format
using fundamental movements including: jogging, running, sprinting,
plyometrics & stretching; combined with
agility, strength,
endurance and core training on the beach, grass, deck and in the lake
or pool. You will get dirty & wet, so be prepared by wearing layers
of clothing including a swimsuit under your workout clothes. Click here for the flyer.

Day: Tuesdays
Time: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Dates: June 22 - July 13
July 20 - August 10
August 17 - September 7
Fee Per session: Rec Center Member $18 / IVGID Pass Holder $38 / Visitor $50
Drop in Rates: Rec Center Member $5 / IVGID Pass Holder $11 / Visitor $15
Location: Meet at the Rec Center
