NOTICE TO BOATERS:

As you are aware, the IVGID Boat Ramp at Ski Beach has been following the TRPA Code Amendments adopted at the TRPA Governing Board Meeting on September 24, 2008, that require boat ramps and other boat launching facilities be closed when Certified Invasive Species Inspectors are not present.  We are determined to try to keep Quagga Mussels, Zebra Mussels and New Zealand Mud Snails out of Lake Tahoe! Please download and read this flyer before launching your craft.

Beginning May 1, 2009 a TRPA inspector will be on-site 7 days per week, 7:00 am – 8:00 pm. Click here for a list of inspection fees.

Due to very low lake level, boaters are encouraged to know and understand water level conditions before launching.
