The Recreation Center, Beach Picnic Areas and Fields

If you are looking for a place to hold a get together, softball tournament, sporting event, or special event in Incline Village, there are several venues available. The Recreation Center offers year round facilities for indoor events with amenities that include a lobby for birthday parties, group fitness room, indoor gymnasium and indoor pool. For Residents, Incline and Burnt Cedar beaches have several barbecue areas to reserve for your spring or summer event. No longer do you need to arrive hours before your event to secure a spot for your group. The designated beach sites include a BBQ and picnic tables offering you and your friends an area to picnic and enjoy the beach. Two designated sites are available at Burnt Cedar and one at Incline Beach. These sites can only be reserved by Residents with a valid Recreation Photo ID. Each guest is still responsible for beach access fees. The cost to reserve these sites is $100 weekends and holidays and $75 on weekdays. There is also one designated site available at Preston Park. It is perfect for a family gathering or your child’s birthday party, and for $35, can be reserved by both Residents and Non-Residents.

In addition, Village Green, Preston Field and Incline Park offer wide open spaces for activities and have multi-use fields for your softball and baseballs needs. The Chateau

The Chateau, radiating with Tahoe charm is located at the Championship Golf Course at 955 Fairway Blvd. Vaulted ceilings, stacked rock fireplaces and expansive decks all enhance the beauty of the natural surroundings. Spectacular mountain, golf course and lake views surround this new 13,500 sq. ft. venue. Our professional Food & Beverage service has earned quite a reputation for itself as the provider of great food, outstanding service and a guaranteed wonderful experience. Aspen Grove

Given its name for its beautiful location, the Aspen Grove is located at 980 Lakeshore Drive in Incline Village, across the street from the stunning Lake Tahoe beaches and nestled among the Aspens next to tranquil Third Creek.

The Aspen Grove is the perfect outdoor setting for your Tahoe wedding and reception or special event. Available for indoor or outdoor gatherings during the summer months and indoor events in the winter time, the Aspen Grove includes a versatile 920 square foot indoor facility with a kitchen and an wrap-around deck.

Outdoor amenities include quaint picnic tables and a huge barbeque grill. The outdoor area can accommodate up to 200 guests, while inside can comfortably seat up to 50 guests. In-house catering and bar tending services are available for your convenience.
