Recreation Photo IDs & Punch Cards
Each single-family residence parcel that is assessed a Recreation Fee is eligible to receive five* Recreation Photo IDs and/or Recreation Punch Cards as suits their personal needs, which are paid for with the annual recreation fee which is collected from your Washoe County tax bill. These Photo IDs and Punch Cards allow the holder to pay a reduced resident rate at all IVGID facilities. An owner may pay an additional fee (one-fifth of the current recreation fee) for each additional Recreation Photo ID and/or Punch Card in excess of five. The same policy applies to those property owners who pay a reduced annual recreation fee and who do not receive beach privileges. Individuals who fall under this classification may also purchase additional passes and/or cards at one-fifth their current recreation fee, excluding beach access. Photo IDs and Punch Cards are issued at the Incline Village Parks & Recreation Department counter (located in the Recreation Center at 980 Incline Way) during regular business hours. For each member of the family to receive a Recreation Photo ID, the "Owners Application for Recreation Privileges" form must be filled out. (the "Family Tree" desription is on page 2 of the attached form) If you are renting a property in Incline Village/Crystal Bay, you must provide the following information when requesting a Recreation Photo ID or Punch Card at the Recreation Counter: 1.
