Cardiovascular Room
We offer a variety of cardiovascular equipment including elliptical cross trainers, treadmills, Stairmaster Free Climbers, a rower, bicycles (recumbent, spin and upright), a Versaclimber and an Ergometer. Some of our equipment is equipped with personal televisions and the rest are connected to the group cardio theater system, Broadcast Vision..
Strength Area
Includes 14 individual Cybex Eagle Strength circuit machines, a LifeFitness dual pulley system, Cybex Cable Crossover with eight other attached strength stations, Hampton dumbbells up to 80 pounds, 3 adjustable flat bench workout stations and a plethora of small equipment for resistance, balance, core flexibility and agility training.
Group Fitness Classes
More than 30 group fitness classes are offered weekly at no charge to Recreation Center members. Plus 8 Cardio Cycling classes at a reduced fee to members. Check out the Group Fitness Class schedule on page 9 for details!. Check out the Group Fitness Class schedule for details!
Indoor 25 Yard Pool
Our beautiful 8 lane indoor pool offers a variety of Aqua Fitness classes with 2 lanes for lap swimming available during all pool hours (except during special events). Check out the schedule.
Personal Training
Personal training at the Recreation Center is provided by certified, trained professionals who will evaluate your individual fitness needs, design a plan of action and motivate you to reach your fitness goals. Your personal program will include a individualized format and instruction, continuous program progression (if desired), strength and cardiovascular endurance exercises, pre and post-operative conditioning and proper stretching to improve flexibility.
Being a part of a personal training program can create lifelong healthy habits and improve your overall well-being. A personal program can teach you correct form, help with recovery from injury or illness, train for a specific sport or just get you acquainted and comfortable in the fitness room. Each of our trainers comes from diverse backgrounds, bringing with them a unique set of specialties and skills. Specialty Fitness Classes
Throughout the year, the Fitness staff offers a variety of specialty fitness classes such as “Women on Weights”, “Surf ‘n Turf Boot Camp”, “Cardio Cycle”, “Kid’s Cardio Kick Boxing”, “Take a Hike” and more. Classes are open to members and non-members and run from two weeks to three months. Please call the Host Desk (775) 832-1300 for current class information.
Fitness Attendant Schedule
The fitness staff is available to answer simple strength and cardio equipment related questions at no charge.
Monday through Saturday 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Monday through Friday 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm

New Member Orientation
If you are a new member to the Incline Village Recreation Center you may sign up for a complimentary “get acquainted” with the Incline Village Recreation Center orientation. New members will receive a facility tour, an instructional overview of the fitness/weight room and some helpful program and class information.
